Role Overview

As the Performance Advertising Lead (Meta), you will be responsible for driving the strategy, execution, and optimization of performance advertising campaigns.

Leveraging your expertise in digital advertising, data analysis, and platform optimization, you will lead a team to achieve business goals and maximize return on investment.


Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance advertising campaigns across various channels, with a focus on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and other Metaowned properties.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop highperforming ad creatives.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of performance advertising campaigns.
  • Provide regular reports on key metrics, insights, and recommendations for optimization.
  • Implement targeted audience strategies and segmentation based on user behavior, demographics, and other relevant criteria.
  • Stay updated on the latest advertising technologies and trends within the Meta ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, analytics, and other teams to align performance advertising strategies with broader business goals.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all advertising channels.
  • Develop and manage performance advertising budgets, ensuring costeffectiveness and maximum ROI.
  • Monitor campaign expenses and optimize budget allocation based on performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in performance advertising, with a minimum of 7 years in a leadership role.
  • Indepth understanding of digital advertising platforms, especially within the Meta ecosystem.
  • Experience with audience targeting, segmentation, and datadriven decisionmaking.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in analytics tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to align performance advertising efforts with business objectives.
  • Familiarity with ad tech solutions and emerging trends in the digital advertising landscape.
