  • Assist with the formulation, brainstorming and guidance on advertising tasks or creative strategies for campaign proposals and presentations.
  • Able to negotiate and problem solve with clients/third parties for ongoing work/campaigns.
  • Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution
  • Responsible and disciplined in meeting with the Agency's SOP and Client's requirements.
  • Work hard towards consistently achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets to ensure accomplishment of the company's target.
  • Formulate innovative ideas for marketing and sales strategies to meet aforementioned objectives.
  • Provide customers with quotations.

; Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferably with Marketing and Brand Building experience)
  • Language proficiency: Fluent in English (written and spoken). Mandarin, Chinese Dialect and Bahasa Malaysia will be advantageous.
  • Working knowledge with theoritical understanding and experience in managing all digital marketing tools (ie Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Search Ads, Shopee, Lazada), analytics tools (ie Google Analytics, Social Media Analytics, Youtube Analytics, SEO tools like MOZ, Ahref, SEMRush, Data Studio).
  • Ability to think analytically and optimise marketing campaigns and initiatives with performance and ROI focus.
  • Successful track record of developing successfully implemented campaigns with effective results.
  • Attentive to trends and proactive in implementing new methods with creativity.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing channels and experience on optimising campaigns by relevant KPIs.
  • Strong stakeholder management, interpersonal communication, reporting, and presentation skills.
  • Enhances company reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Keen to learn and accept challenges.
