About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development and Partnerships
    • Identify and research potential clients, partners, markets, and industries that align with our company's offerings.
    • Collaborate with our marketing and advertising agencies to develop and execute strategic campaigns for maximizing engagement across all platforms.
    • Work with our Strategy and Operations team to develop strategies to reach sales and partnership targets, including creating sales and sponsorship plans, establishing pricing strategies, and co-producing marketing collateral.
    • Establish integrated and promotional campaigns, including collaborations with external parties.
    • Primary contact person for new partnership proposals and conduct meetings as necessary.
    • Develop, prepare, and present proposals to potential clients, and engage in negotiation to secure business deals.

    • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
  • Sales and Account Management
    • Ensure all set revenue targets are met successfully across all multi-channels to make the company profitable and successful.
    • Manage sales pipeline, tracking leads, opportunities, and deals through various stages of the sales process.
    • Monitor sales performance against targets and generate reports for management and client review.
    • Update management in accordance with revenue growth, progress, and issues.
    • Support space rental operations and resource allocation (manpower and/or equipment) for space rental.
    • Liaison between brand clients and radio program producers and hosts.
    • Handle client accounts at commercial radio stations and work to develop new accounts.
    • Search for advertising or sponsorship opportunities for radio programming and ensure that the brands are a good fit with the listeners or the style of different shows.
    • Facilitate marketing synergy and develop publicity events and on-air promotions.
  • Others
    • Participate in the establishment, organization, and implementation of short and long-range goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures; monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and make changes required for improvement.
    • Assign and allocate work in continuous company operations, training, scheduling, retention, problem resolution, and performance management amongst the multi-channel delivery.
    • Coordinate departmental workshops, special projects, and events; may serve on unit committees and task forces.
    Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in any field. Specialization in Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing or equivalent will be an advantage.
    • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in Sales and Business Development. Experience in radio, advertising, and content monetization is a must while specializing in Esports and Social Impact programs.
    • Well experienced in account management, radio sales techniques, market knowledge, product knowledge, prospecting, negotiation, presentation skills, networking, and closing skills.
    • Proficiency in Google Suite software.
