Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Onboard new clients into our campaign process and provide exceptional customer service throughout the journey
  • Interact regularly with clients to discuss and understand their current marketing needs and provide consultation, strategy, and media plans based on their business objectives
  • Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner and maintain quality control of all outgoing deliverables
  • Analyse, interpret, and present campaign reports to clients and develop a thorough understanding of internal tools and processes
  • Work closely with the Sales Consultant and other cross-functional teams to manage and launch client campaigns on time and ensure deadlines, campaign timelines, and deliverables are met
  • Support and work with the sales team on pre-sale research and pitch with strategic media plans and consultative presentations
  • Oversee campaign delivery, identify up-sell opportunities with the sales team, and build relationships with clients based on trust and respect
Requirements
  • Preferred 1-2 years of working experience in a similar role and relevant experience in project management, sales, digital marketing, customer service, and/or account management in an advertising/creative/digital agency environment
  • Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Advertising/Marketing/Mass Communications or equivalent
  • Proficient in English to communicate, present, assert, and speak to all stakeholders involved
  • Able to manage multiple accounts and campaigns simultaneously and understand digital advertising success metrics
  • Excellent in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and understand the needs of clients and translate requirements into campaign briefs for documentation
