About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Content and Creative team at UrbanFox.



Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the content and creative team to deliver high-quality digital marketing campaigns for clients.
  • Be the primary point of contact for client and relationship management, ensuring excellent communication and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including planning and managing marketing schedules across e-Channels.
  • Ensure the quality of all brand and creative work by the team, maintaining a high level of standards and consistency.
  • Review and optimize the design and content of all digital assets, driving innovation and improvement.
  • Set and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely delivery and quality of deliverables.
  • Generate performance reports and conduct monthly analysis on key metrics for clients.
  • Analyze performance, measure campaigns, and evaluate possible alternatives, making timely and strategic decisions.
  • Guide the content and creative teams to create suitable content for various campaigns, leveraging their skills and expertise.


Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing a team in an e-Commerce environment, with a strong track record of success.
  • Good knowledge of e-Commerce platforms, including Lazada, Shopee, Qoo10, Magento, and Shopify.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor new team members and drive team performance.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and deliver on tight timelines, with a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Possess creative thinking and flair, with experience in content creation and copywriting.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with good project management skills and a keen eye for features and aesthetic.
