Job Overview

The Senior eCommerce Content Executive will lead the development of high-quality e-commerce content, ensuring timely and accurate presentation of products and prices. This role requires collaboration with the Design team, Demand Generation, and Merchandising teams to produce engaging content that supports online strategy.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2-4 years of experience in product management or a related field, with excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Adaptability to fast-paced environments and changing market conditions is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain product listings across various marketplaces using our Multi-Channel Commerce Platform.
  • Maintain multiple corporate websites with integrated e-commerce stores and support e-commerce-based web projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver complex e-commerce strategies and troubleshoot content management issues.
  • Perform copywriting and writing tasks for Search Engine Optimization (SEO) purposes.
  • Ensure best-in-class content presentation by conducting regular audits of products on marketplaces.
  • Work closely with the Merchandising team and Demand Generation team to create timely content necessary for online strategy.
  • Stay updated on e-commerce industry trends and apply new techniques to digital commerce strategies.
  • Participate in e-commerce special projects and may be required to travel overseas for work assignments.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in product management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and changing market conditions.
