2 POSITION AVAILABLE URGENT FOR SALES SUPPORT CUM CUSTOMER SERVICE

REQUIREMENTS

  • Requires excellent communication skills with customers and team members.
  • Strong focus on providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Understanding of sales techniques and the ability to upsell or crosssell products or services.
  • The ability to recognize customer problems or concerns and find appropriate solutions.
  • Ability to attentively listen to customer needs and address them appropriately.
  • Familiarity with the company's products or services to provide accurate information and support.
  • Capability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools:
  • Preferably SQL system knowledge
  • Maintaining a positive and enthusiastic demeanor, even during challenging situations.
  • Skill in deescalating conflicts and resolving customer complaints or issues in a satisfactory manner.
  • Prior experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in a similar industry, is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues or concerns.
  • Upsell or crosssell products and services to customers, identifying opportunities to maximize sales.
  • Process customer orders, including order entry, verification, and tracking, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Maintain customer databases and update customer information, ensuring its accuracy and completeness.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction, address any additional needs, and foster longterm relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to relay customer feedback and insights for continuous improvement.
  • Stay uptodate with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively address customer inquiries and provide relevant information.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including privacy and data protection guidelines, to ensure customer information is handled securely and confidentially.
