This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Administrator located in Batu Caves, Malaysia. The Sales Administrator will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with managing customer orders, processing invoices, handling customer queries, providing administrative assistance to the sales team etc.

**Qualifications**
- Customer Service and Communication Skills
- Strong skills in order processing, order management
- Ability to manage all stages of the sales cycle, including lead generation, lead qualification, and deal closing
- Skills in Administrative Assistance including managing calendars, booking appointments, prioritising tasks, and managing paperwork
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Mandarin will be an added advantage
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office or similar software, especially Excel and Word
- An eagerness to learn new technologies and techniques to enhance the sales process
- Experience working in a travel related field is a plus
- A certificate or diploma in a related field of study is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
