  • Develop and execute
    HRstrategies in alignment with company goals and values.
  • Lead talent acquisition efforts, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Design and implement performance management systems, including regular performance appraisals and feedback mechanisms.
  • Create and execute employee development programs that enhance skills and promote career growth.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits administration, ensuring competitive and equitable compensation structures.
  • Develop human resources operations financial strategies by estimating, forecasting and anticipating requirements.
  • Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and grievance management.
  • Accomplish special project results by identifying and clarifying issues and priorities.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives to foster a respectful and inclusive work environment.
  • Utilize
    HRanalytics to assess the effectiveness of
    HRprograms and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the
    HRteam.
  • Collaborate with management and other departments to achieve company-wide goals Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • A minimum of 8 years of working experiences in
    HROperations, with at least 5 years in a managerial level positions.
  • Strong understanding of
    HRprinciples, employment laws, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a high-performing
    HRteam.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to align
    HRstrategies with business objectives.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret
    HRmetrics and provide data-driven insights.
  • Diligent and firm with high ethical standards.
