Our client is a
MNC Co. who seeks to further expand the business into Malaysia market. The start-up office is located in MidValley, KL.

As the HR & Office Administrator/Manager, you will take overall responsibilities of HR & Office Admin work.

You will report to the Regional Senior HR Manager to determine and fulfill the strategic talent needs for
pioneer teams/departments & general Office Affairs matters.


Daily Scopes

  • Managing the
    staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and terminating,
  • Ensuring organization charts and job descriptions are uptodate,
  • Developing countryspecific training materials and performance management systems to ensure that staff understand job responsibilities and performance,
  • Proposing recruiting based on market and company needs,
  • Maintaining HR policies, systems, and processes,
  • Ensuring the company's compliance with local laws, and
  • Supporting other
    Admin Affair & Office Management needs.

Ideal Talent:

-
3+ years of experience in HR Generalist/HRBP with solid experience in Recruitment
:

  • Some experiences in handling
    Office Admin / General Affairs is required too.
  • Preferably those who are currently at
    Assistant Manager / Supervisory level.
  • Exposure in
    MNC / Regional / Start-Up environment is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Professional, business acumen, mature, independent & results oriented.
  • Good problemsolving & analytical skills.
  • Excellent command of
    English & People skills. Proficient in
    Mandarin/Cantonese too.
  • Permanent vacancy based in KL (MidValley).
  • Ability to commence work
    immediately / short notice will be prioritized
