  • Maintain close, frequent and open communications within and across properties on accounts and prospective customers.
  • Provide the highest quality of service to the customers at all times
  • Develop strong relationships with on property front office team to ensure working in unity and always striving to achieve the same goals
  • Targeting key accounts potential for the company
  • Collect deposit, obtain full payment and follow up on outstanding account
  • To cross sell to other sister properties under the Group.
  • Constantly checking on market feedback/intelligence/competitors' activities.

Job Requirement

  • Possess at least a Diploma course in marketing, Tourism, Hotel Management or another related course.
  • Minimum 23 year(s) of working experience in the related fields
  • Preferably Executive and Manager specializing in sales corporate or equivalent
  • Able to work independently and maintain a high level of performance.
  • Decisive, reliable, selfinitiative with good working attitude.
  • Must be willing to work flexible hours. including evenings and weekends to support hotel operations and events.
  • Must possess own transport.
  • Must be willing to travel to conduct business if required.
  • Work location: Sepang/JB

Salary:
RM3, RM5,000.00 per month
