POSITION:
ADMIN ASSISTANT / ADMIN OFFICER


JOB PURPOSE
To achieve smooth day-to-day operations of an office by providing administrative support to employees and

Management.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

  • To assist on all administration tasks including liaising with the building management, stationery, and all adhoc assignment by the Management;
  • To prepare all HR reports;
  • To source for training programme for employees;
  • To assist with courier service arrangement and dispatch liaising;
  • To organize and schedule appointment requires by Management;
  • To prepare all internal departmental meeting minutes such as Sales Meeting, Weekly AR Meeting, HOD
Meeting and etc;

  • To be a backup support to Operation division as an when required;
  • To maintain good filling system of DIMJHB office;
  • To undertake other assignment from the Management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • SPM Leavers are welcome
  • Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma or equivalent
  • Have good and positive attitude, detailorientated
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills
  • Able to work independently and in team & able to work under pressure in a fast moving environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g. Words, Excel, Power point)
  • Able to read, write and converse in English and Malay language

Job Types:
Full-time, Fresh graduate

Salary:
RM1, RM2,300.00 per month
