  • In charge or getting quotations for items required and to seek approval before purchasing
  • In charge of inventory checking for any items under the management.
  • Ensure that all tenants comply to their contract in regards of cash handling and to ensure that all receipts are being issued to patrons.
  • Monitor spending and expenses and ensure all budgets are met.
Assists in recruiting, selecting and retaining an optimum number of staffs, who are enthusiastically dedicated to guest satisfaction.

  • Oversee and review performance appraisals based on defined goals and objectives for all front of house and staff in a timely manner.
  • Maintain record for safety and documents contributions.
  • Enforce and manages all food safety and sanitation requirement and practices as per company standard and statutory requirements.
  • Inspects food receiving, preparation, production and storage areas to ensure that health and safety regulation are adhered to all times.
  • Ensure all security procedures (cash deposits, staggered method of opening, closing, etc) are executed accordingly
  • Ensure all workplace safety policies procedures are maintained and adhered to at all times.
  • Maintain all physical aspect of the food and beverage area, including landscaping, building, equipment, etc and ensure it is following the documented inspection and testing standards.
  • Keep records of all daily cash collections from tenants and to make sure no discrepancy or misplacement of cash.
  • To monitor daily on stall sales.
  • Hold the team accountable for general operational policies and standards.
  • To update any menus and pricing with POS system by firstly getting approval from top management.
  • Any other duties required to be performed under the management's discretion.

Job Requirements

  • At least more than 4 years of coworking experience
  • Customer service and sales experience required
  • Project management and business operations experience required
  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Understanding and experience managing a team of more than two people
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
  • Demonstrate integrity, dependability, responsibility, accountability, selfawareness, work ethic, and empathy
  • Passion and understanding for entrepreneurial communities

Salary:
RM3, RM5,000.00 per month
