Reporting to the Finance Manager, you shall be responsible for the accounts receivable, generate revenue for companies by ensuring that clients are properly billed for goods or services and work with other departments to ensure that the correct amounts are collected in a timely manner, verify and record transactions, resolve account discrepancies, and perform other tasks to secure client payments.

Regularly report work progress to finance managerEnsure accurate recording and monitoring of petty cash transactionsConduct monthly bank reconciliations to resolve discrepanciesProcess and verify receipts for goods/services soldInvestigate and resolve account discrepanciesRecord and process transactionsMaintain payment records and account statusesObtain information from other departments for accurate recordsCollaborate with collections department on account reviews and repayment termsProcess expense payments according to procedures and credit termsPerform administrative tasks: data entry, invoicing, filing, client communicationGenerate internal reports and statement qualifications and requirements
  1. At least 3 years of working experience in similar position, experience in Food and Beverage or Hospitality industry is an added advantage.
  2. Possess a recognized degree in Accountancy or professional qualification.
  3. Strong command of written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
  4. Strong computing skill and experienced in operating e-Finance systems.
