JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Provides support in terms of both hardware & software
  • Responsible for IT security, antivirus monitoring activities.
  • Escalate issues up to the appropriate Developer team if out of scope
  • Triage/diagnose issues users run into and provide a solution
  • Search out and identify the underlying issues for developers
  • Investigation and root cause analysis
  • Identify, record, and track bugs thoroughly
  • Involvement in the system integrationtesting phase prior to implementation.
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Build relationships and interface between customers and produce agreed status updates.
  • Keeping clients informed on the status of their requests and guiding for their best satisfaction and productivity.
  • Provide system support to all users of the computer system.
  • Provide routine maintenance servicing and support to all existing hardware and software.
  • Ensure all company hardware and software working in good condition
  • Provide support, guidance, and training to computer users.
  • Evaluate, analyses, service, troubleshoot, test, train and implement Company's IT needs.
  • Any other tasks assigned by your superior.
  • Keep inventory of all equipment, software, and license users.
  • Handle VPN access and server.
  • Periodical backup data of company data file.
  • Daily planning and report.
  • Will be involved in defining, implementing & maintaining business processes and procedures to meet business objectives.
  • Analyze and identify opportunities for business process improvements.
  • Evaluate current business processes and recommend solutions for improvements

JOB REQUIREMENT:

  • Diploma in ITrelated disciplines.
  • Has ITrelated working experience of at least 2 years experience.
  • Good command of spoken and written English & Bahasa Malaysia. The ability to speak in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
  • Possess initiative, able to work independently and as a team.
  • Knowledge of network
  • Knowledge of computing hardware
  • Knowledge in Linux, Windows, Apache, MySQL
  • Dynamic, highly motivated and a resultoriented team player with good interpersonal skills
  • Complete the required report after installation and training within the time frame.
  • Resourceful, good analytical and problemsolving skills with a positive customer service attitude.
  • Punctual and Systematic.

Salary:
From RM3,000.00 per month
