Responsible for the day to day operation management matters and administrative jobs.

  • Responsible for sales order include prepare quotation, invoice and delivery order,
wrapping goods and courier arrangement.

  • To handle and follow up with suppliers' and customers' delivery.
  • To prepare and compile Sales Report and any other assigned reports.
  • To prepare monthly expenses claim, salary calculations and statutory submition.
  • To prepare yearly financial reports.
  • To execute any additional duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Well verse with Microsoft office Excel and Word.
  • Good time management skills and the ability to prioritise work.
  • Selfmotivation, multiple tasks and able to work independently with minimum
supervision.

  • Knowledge in bookkeeping and full set account.
  • Experience in manage new firm company is added advantage.
  • Good communication skill with multilingual ability (Fluent in English or Chinese)

Salary:
RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
