Job Title:
IT Service Desk (English + Japanese (Native Speaker))

Location:
Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Key Responsibility areas /Eligibility Criteria:

  • Strong English & Japanese Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Should have good experience in troubleshooting hardware issues for both desktops and laptops.
  • Should have knowledge on basic desktop issues, printer installations, AD, Exchange, Hardware issues etc.
  • Should have experience in Active Directory, Office365 and Desktop troubleshooting
  • Hands on experience on OS troubleshooting skills
  • Hands on experience on VMware and VDI troubleshooting.
  • Good knowledge of ITIL Life Cycle phases - Mandatory
  • Shift timing is 6:00 AM MYT to 6:00 PM MYT (9 Hours per day). No weekend support and we need to follow Japan calendar.
