KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
  • Responsible for the proper maintenance of all statutory records.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in preparation of resolutions, statutory forms and other corporate secretarial documents.
  • Undertake / support corporate secretarial work for SME Co.
  • Handle correspondences related to secretarial matters.
  • To undertake other administrative work as and when directed
  • Preparation of documents/forms for certification by company secretary.
  • Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the superior.

QUALIFICATION

  • Able to handle duties with minimum supervision.
  • Familiar with companies act in Malaysia is an advantage.
  • Willing to learn, able to work individually and with team under pressure to meet engagement deadline.
  • Willing to travel and able to work in a team or work independently.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
