- Bertanggungjawab memproses pertanyaan, dokumen belian ataupun jualan yang berkaitan dan kemasukan data menggunakan sistem ERP.
- Menguruskan kerja urus tadbir perkeranian iaitu urusan dokumentasi seperti laporan harian dan bulanan, kemaskini rekod stok, invois serta penyediaan dan penyimpanan data
- Menyelaras dengan Bahagian Penghantaran untuk memastikan pesanan dihantar mengikut keperluan pelanggan.
- Berhubung dengan HR dan membantu dalam key-in data dan update data yang berkaitan dengan menggunakan sistem syarikat.
- Berhubung dengan bahagian lain untuk ketersediaan stok, penyiapan pesanan tempahan dan urusan pembayaran.
- Berkomunikasi dengan pelanggan dan orang lain untuk menjawab soalan, menangani aduan, menerangkan maklumat dan menerima pesanan
- Menjalankan pelbagai tugas pejabat seperti yang diperlukan, termasuk tetapi tidak terhad kepada: menjawab telefon, memberi salam kepada orang ramai dan menjawab soalan arahan, pemfailan dansebagainya.
- Memastikan semua rekod diselenggara dengan betul, dikemas kini dan kekal boleh dikesan
- Menjalankan tugas-tugas lain yang berkaitan seperti yang diarahkan.
**Kelayakan dan Keperluan Pendidikan**:
- Berkelulusan sekurang-kurangnya SPM / setaraf dengannya.
- Boleh berkomunikasi dengan baik & fasih dalam bahasa MELAYU.
- Berpengalaman dalam bidang kerani (Administration) diutamakan
- Lepasan SPM / Lepasan baru digalakan untuk memohon

- Jujur, Amanah & Bertanggungjawab. Boleh memberi kerjasama dalam satu pasukan / berkumpulan
- Berkemahiran dalam mengendalikan komputer (terutama MICROSOFT WORD & EXCEL).
- Boleh bekerja di bawah seliaan minimum dan tidak menangguh kerja dan mampu menepati tarikh deadline
- Pengalaman menggunakan sistem ERP adalah diutamakan.
Pay: RM1, RM2,300.00 per month
