Ensure customer and product quality expectations and requirements are met.

  • Leadership: Provide strong leadership, fulfilling the MR role, and leading a team of Quality Engineers and personnel.
  • Quality Improvement Strategy: Develop strategies and set targets for quality improvement.
  • Customer Audits and Visits: Support customer audits and visits, lead online audits, and validate process flow for newly set up lines or project transfers.
  • ISO Certification: Lead ISO certification efforts at the plant and collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure readiness.
  • Production Support: Address various qualityrelated issues to ensure they do not impact production schedules.

Statistical Tools:
Utilize strong problem-solving skills and statistical quality tools to ensure effective improvements.

  • Customer Interface: Interface with customers on qualityrelated topics, including 8D, continuous improvement, and quality plan development.
  • Policy Adherence: Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures, including health, safety, and quality.

Quality Plan:
Lead the qualification of the company's quality plan to ensure it meets company goals and exceeds customer requirements.

Job Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Minimum degree in Electronics, Mechanical, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 10 years of working experience in an EMS environment.
  • Preferred Background: Preferably a manager with experience in EMS, SFA, COB, and proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Malay.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, analytical, and problemsolving skills.
  • ISO Certification and

QMS:
Experience in managing ISO certification, acting as lead auditor, and meeting QMS requirements.

  • Additional Knowledge: Knowledge of Six Sigma, PCBA, and IPC is an added advantage.
  • Engineering Drawings: Ability to understand and interpret engineering drawings.
  • Personal Attributes: Must be independent, a team player, possess strong leadership, and demonstrate accountability.

Pay:
RM10, RM15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus
