SUMMARY SALES PROFESSIONAL - TELEMARKETING MAXIS OUTBOUND (TMOB)

Position Summary :

The Sales Professional (SP) is responsible for soliciting sales over the telephone by contacting potential customers, focusing on customer needs to close sales, and documenting customer information, inquiries and purchases.

A successful SP has excellent communication skills as well as sales ability. SP should be meticulous, persuasive, and able to handle all aspects of constructing a successful sale closure.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone by developing relationships with new and existing customers, and recommending solutions for service improvements.
  • Asking the right questions to engage with customers and keep the conversation going.
  • Listening to the customers' needs to generate sales.
  • Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products.
  • Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products.
  • Answering customers' questions on the products.
  • Go the "extra mile" to meet sales quota.

Pay:
RM2, RM2,600.00 per month
