Responsibilities:

  • Handling daytoday tasks and provide secretarial assistance to the Manager.
  • Provides clerical and administrative support to ensure efficient operation.
  • To assists Manager to communicate and coordinate with all levels of managements and staffs.
  • Compile, update and generate reports when necessary.
  • Handle multiple projects or task and follow up accordingly.
  • Develop and maintain computer and manual filing systems.
  • Handle information in a confidential manner.
  • Coordinate office procedures and take dictation.
  • Supports team by performing tasks related to organization.

Job Requirements & Qualification:

  • Minimum SPM/ STPM/ Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Experience in Administrative or similar role.
  • Computer literate, knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Power Point).
  • Independent, positive working attitude, good coordination and communication skills.
  • Efficient in time management, good organization skill and ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Able to converse and write in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Able to start immediately or within short notice.

Salary:
RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
