General Duties:
a. To ensure that all maintenance matters are immediately attended to when required.
b. To carry out the duties in a skilful manners.
c. To produce relevant advise and recommendations for improvement
d. To assist in general maintenance of the building

Specific Duties:
a. To be fully responsible for Maintenance of the building in the areas of speciality assigning task.
b.

To conducts periodic checks on all electrical, mechanical plumbing, air - conditioning and other appliances (where applicable) in the building to ensure that these items are in perfect operational conditions.

c. To maintain and control the maintenance store and submit monthly report on the stock control.
d. To ensure all firefighting and control appliances in the park are in good operational condition
e. To carry out the necessary preparations for the daily routine works
f. To maintain the cleanliness / tidiness of all areas especially maintenance areas.
g. To give priorities in the handling of urgent areas of concerned.
h. To carry our periodical checks on all slide installation e.g bolts, nuts, foundations etc
i.

To periodically check the pressure gauges on the water filter for any variation from the normal range and take necessary actions.


Requirements:
- have at least 1 year or more of working experience
- able to work overtime
- able to work on rotational shift, weekend and public holiday

Salary:
RM1, RM2,200.00 per month
