We are seeking a highly skilled Production Manager to join our team at JAC Recruitment. As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing production and ensuring production target outputs are achieved based on designated standards.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Lead the development of business strategies to drive growth and profitability in the factory automation system.
- Production Planning: Plan and coordinate production activities to meet customer demands and achieve production targets.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of production engineers and technicians to ensure efficient production processes.
- Design and Development: Oversee the design and development of mechanical and electrical systems based on customer requirements.
- Cost Management: Manage production costs and prepare budgets to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes and efficiency.
- Reporting: Prepare production reports for management reviews to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree, Diploma or Professional Certificate in Engineering, Automation or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as Production Management in Manufacturing / Engineering sector, knowledge in automation system would be an added advantage.
- Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD / SolidWorks applications.
