Requirements
- Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good in written & verbal communication
- Well in organization and time management
- Accuracy & attention to details
- Sociable, good in negotiation skills
Responsibility
- Manage Director's electronic diary, assessing priority of appointments and reallocation as necessary.
- Manage Director's travel arrangements (including visas/accommodation).
- Process Director's correspondence, ensuring that incoming correspondence is dealt with by the Director/or on behalf of the Director, or other staff as appropriate.
- Maintain Director's office systems, including data management and filing.
- Maintain records of Director's contacts.
- Screen calls, enquiries and requests, and deal with them when appropriate.
- Assist Director in researching and following up with action on matters which fall within the Director's responsibility chasing responses, triggering followup action.
- Manage arrangements for meetings, including production/distribution of agenda and papers.
- Meet and greet visitors at all levels of seniority.
- Supervise all Trust incoming/outgoing mail.
- Understand the needs of your customers
- Maintain and develop relationships with new/existing customers
- Able to oversee and support outsource account (accounting base is preferred)
- Able to issue invoice on and off
- Good in filing and maintaining filing system
- Create and curate content for different social media platforms. (Videoshooting)
- Any other duties as may reasonably be required by the Director.
Pay:
RM4, RM4,500.00 per month
