  • Implement and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs.
  • Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
  • Conduct regular benchmarking and analysis of market trends to ensure the organization's compensation packages remain competitive.
  • Identify training and development needs across the organization through close collaboration with department heads and performance evaluations.
  • Deliver training programs to enhance employees' skills and capabilities.
  • Manages the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants, particularly for managerial, exempt, and professional roles; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, fostering a positive work environment and a strong culture within the organization.
  • Maintains compliance with employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
  • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • 58 years of human resource management experience preferred.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Good analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Thorough knowledge of employmentrelated laws and regulations.
