- ・Assist management for Banking matter
- ・Support claims, booking air tickets, hotels for business trip
- ・Any Ad-Hoc

Requirements:

  • Degree and above
  • 23 years of experience as a personal assistant, able to work with minimum instructions.
  • Advanced typing, notetaking, recordkeeping, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, able to manage internal and external correspondence.
  • Japanese (Speaking & Writing)
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Microsoft word, Excel, Power point
