Identifying and prospecting potential customers:
Researching and identifying potential clients in various industries that require rubber gloves for their business.

  • Market Research and Understanding target audience: Research and study the latest market/industry insights, price trends and knowing the target audience's preferences, challenges and needs.

Creating Engaging Content:
Understanding the company products, create interesting, relevant and valuable content to the audience.

  • Adherence to Legal and

Ethical Standards:

Ensuring all content is compliant with legal standards and ethical practices, including copyright laws, trademark and truth in advertising.


Conducting Sales Presentations:
Demonstrating the features of the product to potential customers

Negotiating and Closing Deals:
Negotiating terms and conditions with customers to secure sales contract and achieve sales target.

Building, establishing and maintaining relationships:
Cultivating strong relationship with existing and new clients to ensure customer stratification and repeating business.

Collaborating with internal teams:

Working closely with indoor coordinator/planner and other team member to provide excellent support to customers throughout the sales process.


Attending trade shows and events:
Representing the company at industry events and trade shows to showcase the product and network with potential customers.

  • Manage and supervise the full process of sales cycle: Prepare quotation, issue Proforma Invoice/sales confirmation to customers, collaborate with planners, follow up shipment schedule and closing.
  • Responsible for customer enquiries pertaining to quotation, product, sample, registration, shipment, artwork, visit and payment.
  • Handle customer visits, meeting and transportation/hotel room booing arrangement.

Providing after sales support:
Addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction during and after the sales process.

Reporting and Documentation:
Maintaining accurate records of sales and marketing activities, customer interactions and sales related documents.

Job Requirement

  • Able to work independently, creatively and proactively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively relate data to coworkers.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Advantageous if can speak mandarin due to the market needs

Salary:
RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
