1. To check various Tender Search systems on a daily basis and identify any contracts which may be of interest to the Company, either to bid or for market intelligence purposes

  • Assist in Preparation of the Technical submission of the tenders - Online & Physical
  • Follow relevant procedures for Tender compilation, authorization and despatch
  • Responsible for ensuring tenders are submitted consistently ahead of the deadlines
  • Assist in Managing tenders, offers and monitoring when tenders are published
  • Handling agreement, contracts and pricing
  • To ensure tenders and business proposals meet all relevant specification; are in line with the most recent research available and best practices; and are compliant with client requirements
  • Submission of summary report for tenders submitted/decline/accepted and unsuccessful tenders
  • To register GLCs companies and participate in their tender
  • General administrative duties, including filing, binding, printing, etc (tender document)

Assist to maintain confidentiality at all times:

  • Assist in preparation contract and related documents for Govt and private sector clients.

Must know E-PEROLEHAN process and flow, have experience in preparing E-PEROLEHAN tender, at least 1 to 2 year experience needed in required field.



Salary based on experience:
RM1800 - RM2300
Can join immediately or early Disember 23
