Kopi Saigon, the leading Vietnamese coffee brand in Malaysia, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Franchise Business Development Manager to spearhead the expansion of our franchise business within the Vietnamese coffee industry.

The primary objective is to elevate our current 76 outlets to 200, with a targeted focus on expanding into regions outside the Klang Valley, Sabah, Sarawak, and Indonesia.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive franchise business development strategy to achieve the targeted outlet expansion for Kopi Saigon.
  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships with potential franchisees to drive business growth in the designated regions.
  • Provide effective communication and support to franchise partners, ensuring alignment with the Kopi Saigon brand's vision and business strategies.
  • Implement innovative and effective marketing strategies to promote franchise opportunities and attract potential investors to the Kopi Saigon brand.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential growth opportunities and assess market demand for Kopi Saigon's products.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the seamless execution of franchise initiatives and the maintenance of brand standards across all Kopi Saigon outlets.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of franchise partners and provide guidance to ensure the success of their businesses under the Kopi Saigon brand.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing and expanding franchise operations, particularly in the F&B industry.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with franchise partners and stakeholders representing the Kopi Saigon brand.
  • Indepth knowledge of franchise development strategies and the ability to implement effective business expansion plans for Kopi Saigon.
  • A strategic mindset with a focus on market trends, consumer preferences, and competitive analysis within the Vietnamese coffee industry.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams toward achieving business goals for Kopi Saigon.

Salary:
RM4, RM8,300.00 per month

Schedule:
