**Requirement**
- Graduated with at least a diploma or bachelor's degree in construction and sales related field.
- At least 1-2 years of work experience in construction and sales.
- Diligent & has a deep interest in construction and sales.
- Have communication skills that can convince customers

**Deskripsi kerja**
- Membangunkan peluang perniagaan melalui penyelidikan, perancangan, mengenal pasti, dan mendapatkan jualan baru bagi syarikat.
- Mengadakan pertemuan dengan bakal pelanggan dan mendengar kehendak mereka.
- Memberi nasihat atau penerangan tentang konsep reka bentuk dalaman, pengubahsuaian rumah dan cadangkan spesifikasi bahan berdasarkan keperluan pelanggan.
- Melaksanakan rundingan di kawasan perumahan baru untuk mendapatkan pelanggan.
- Bekerjasama dengan bahagian pemasaran untuk mendapatkan pelbagai bahan promosi (cth: poster, banner, bunting) dan menggunakannya ketika berunding dengan pelanggan baru di kawasan perumahan baru.
- Melaksanakan pelbagai pendekatan untuk mempromosikan perkhidmatan pembinaan yang ditawarkan oleh syarikat dan pastikan pendekatan tersebut menyakinkan pelanggan supaya mereka dapat memilih perkhidmatan syarikat bagi kerja-kerja pembinaan rumah mereka.
- Walaupun telah menggunakan pelbagai pendekatan menerusi laman media sosial untuk mendapatkan pelanggan, syarikat akan lebih menumpu perhatian kepada pendekatan pemasaran luar talian (cth: rundingan, edaran flyers, edaran kad perniagaan & lain
- lain lagi).
- Bertanggungjawab dalam menyediakan lukisan, sebut harga jualan, memproses pesanan jualan dan dokumen jualan yang berkaitan.
- Bekerjasama dengan ahli pasukan untuk mencapai keputusan yang lebih baik.
- Kumpul maklum balas daripada pelanggan atau prospek dan kongsi dengan pasukan dalaman.
- Bertanggungjawab mendapatkan bayaran daripada pelanggan.
- Mengekalkan hubungan perniagaan yang baik dengan pelanggan baharu dan pelanggan sedia ada.
- Mencapai sasaran jualan yang ditetapkan setiap bulan.
- Menyediakan laporan dengan mengumpul, menganalisis, dan meringkaskan maklumat.

**Job description**
- Develop business opportunities through research, planning, identifying, and obtaining new sales for the company.
- Hold meetings with potential customers and listen to their needs.
- Provide advice or explanation on interior design concepts, home renovations and suggest material specifications based on customer requirements.
- Carry out negotiations in new residential areas to get customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to obtain various promotional materials (eg: posters, banners, bunting) and use them when negotiating with new customers in new residential areas.
- Implement various approaches to promote the construction services offered by the company and ensure that the approach convinces customers so that they can choose the company's services for their home construction works.
- Despite having used various approaches through social media sites to get customers, companies will focus more on offline marketing approaches (eg: negotiation, distribution of flyers, distribution of business cards & others).
- Responsible for preparing drawings, sales quotations, processing sales orders and related sales documents.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Collect feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
- Responsible for getting payment from customers.
- Maintain good business relations with new and existing customers.
- Achieving set sales targets every month.
- Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.

**Salary**: RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
