Job Overview


As a _
Sales Account Manager_
, you will be pivotal in cultivating key customer relationships and driving sales within the IoT market.

Your primary responsibility will be to identify and develop strategic accounts, ensuring the adoption of our core solutions. This role requires a proactive, self-motivated individual passionate about exceeding expectations and contributing to our company's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop key accounts within Malaysia.
  • Create strategic account plans to promote core solutions and drive adoption.
  • Cultivate seniorlevel customer relationships, including key operations and purchasing managers.
  • Collaborate with the management team to support business development activities.
  • Drive revenue growth across multiple product platforms.
  • Provide comprehensive sales support, including needs analysis, data review, and product demonstrations.
  • Prepare periodic forecasts and progress updates toward sales goals.
  • Coordinate technical training for new product launches and existing product support.
  • Work closely with the customer service team to ensure product requirements and delivery lead times are met.

Requirements:

- _Experience_; Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- _Education_; Diploma with at least 2 years of sales experience.
- _Skills_; Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- _Qualification_; Possess a valid driving license.
