Responsibilities

  • Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.
  • Scrutinizing maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals.
  • Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
  • Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents.
  • Advising managers and clients on improvements and new strategies.
  • Keeping track of materials and ordering more when required.
  • Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets.
  • Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
  • Traveling from the office to various sites as required.

Requirements:

  • Budgeting and cost management for submission and client's review.
  • Develop potential sales leads and businesses.
  • Establish good working relations with existing clients for potential future businesses.
  • Follow up with clients requirements like artwork, colour and finishing.
  • Follow up invoicing and outstanding accounts with clients after works complete.
  • Follow up with clients for feedback on service on our completed project.
  • Liaise with clients on project details, design concepts and requirements.
  • Manager and service existing clients.
  • Managing client's expectations on project.
  • Request costing from suppliers for materials.
  • Work with designers provide costing on concept requirements and designs based on client requirements.
  • Work with project team to deliver projects based on clients requirements.
