Project & Contract Assistant

Responsibilities
- Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.
- Scrutinizing maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals.
- Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents.
- Advising managers and clients on improvements and new strategies.
- Keeping track of materials and ordering more when required.
- Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets.
- Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
- Traveling from the office to various sites as required.
Requirements:
- Budgeting and cost management for submission and client's review.
- Develop potential sales leads and businesses.
- Establish good working relations with existing clients for potential future businesses.
- Follow up with clients requirements like artwork, colour and finishing.
- Follow up invoicing and outstanding accounts with clients after works complete.
- Follow up with clients for feedback on service on our completed project.
- Liaise with clients on project details, design concepts and requirements.
- Manager and service existing clients.
- Managing client's expectations on project.
- Request costing from suppliers for materials.
- Work with designers provide costing on concept requirements and designs based on client requirements.
- Work with project team to deliver projects based on clients requirements.
