Front Office Assistant Manager

Report for work punctually in a proper and neat attire complete with name tag.

  • Check rooms of expected VIP arrivals to ensure all is in order.
  • Overseeing reservation department operation.
  • To be familiar with all emergency's procedures (fire, blackout, flood, stalled elevators) and to be able to direct such emergency.
  • Handle any request for special rates, discounts or other special rates, discounts or other special arrangements and to revert to Front Office Manager.
  • Be well informed of all inhouse promotion, activities and function and to relay all pertinent information to staff.
  • Maintain and control inventory of safe deposit keys on a weekly basis and report to Front office manager on status.
