Responsibility:

  • Responsible for all Account Receivables matters including billing, checking of invoices, AR Aging report, interco matching report and reconciliation.
  • Update and maintain accounting journals.
  • Daily entry of transactions into accounting system.
  • Manage cost allocation and classifications to cost centers.
  • Ensure timely and accurate report submission.
  • Generate monthly accounts receivables report.
  • Perform partial set of account that include General Ledger, Accounts Receivables Function and Balance Sheet Schedule.
  • Assist Finance Manager in other areas of accounting whenever necessary; analysis of accounts, preparation of audit schedules etc.
  • Perform other adhoc duties when necessary.

Requirement:

  • Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree.
  • Experience working in Finance field will be an advantage.
  • Selfmotivated, results oriented and able to work under pressure on tight deadlines.
  • Strong commercial and analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail, with an ability to spot numerical errors.
  • Capacity to use Microsoft Office.
