What you will do:

  • Perform material planning and implement inventory control strategies to keep track IN/OUT transactions (Involve manual & system transactions)
  • Products refilled in bulk container packaging
  • Dishmachine units & Spare parts
  • To generate documentation to accompany physical material flow
  • Follow up on shipment schedules and ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Conduct physical inventory cyclecount, verification and reconciliation process.
  • Manage inventory targets to achieve customer and delivery requirements.
  • Report on inventory control performance and contribute to annual budget process.
  • Participate in demand review during Sales & Operational Planning process.
  • Liaise with multiple stakeholders to ensure inventory records are kept up to date at all time.

Key Experiences:

  • Material planning (Chemical or FMCG is preferred)
  • Stock count, reconciliation and replenishment.
  • Work closely with sales on forecast.
  • 3PL management.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree in any field.
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in planning/logistics/shipping related areas.
  • Good understanding of global shipping term, compliance of custom regulations and fundamentals provision of import export documentation to faciliate shipment execution
  • Familiar with local DG transportation regulations
  • Good oral and written communication skills and ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Good time management skills
  • Well organized and able to keep record using Microsoft EXCEL template
  • Able to work with different ERP systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Oracle / SAP experience
