Job Description:


As an Executive in the Examination Unit at MAIC, your primary responsibilities will revolve around the planning, coordination, and execution of various examination-related activities throughout the academic year.

Your role will extend beyond examinations to include student attendance monitoring, graduation activities, and tracer studies.

Examination Planning and Management:

  • Develop a comprehensive examination timeline for each semester based on the academic calendar.
  • Formulate and release the final examination timetable for every semester.
  • Oversee the entire final examination process, including collecting assessment marks, releasing exam dockets, coordinating the printing of exam papers, setting up exam halls, and distributing exam scripts to schools.
  • Conduct and coordinate assessment board meetings for result approval.
  • Prepare and distribute results slips and transcripts to students.
  • Communicate examination results to students and handle related queries.
  • Prepare a detailed summary report on the final examination for presentation at AAEQ & CAB meetings.

Student's Attendance Monitoring:

  • Generate summary reports on student attendance to collaborate with Student Central for issuing Warning Letters and managing the release of exam dockets.

Graduation and Tracer Study:

  • Implement the annual graduation plan, including preparing the list of students for graduation.
  • Generate transcripts and certificates for all graduates.
  • Develop guidelines and communication packs for graduates regarding convocation ceremonies.
  • Manage the tracer study system from KPT and report findings upon release.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing the semester timetable by liaising with the Registrar and Schools.
  • Provide support during registration days, particularly in the admission process.
  • Collaborate with Student Central on student activities and internships as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • SPM, Diploma, Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy.
  • Proficient in using relevant software and databases.
  • Familiarity with academic calendars and examination processes in higher education.

Pay:
RM2, RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Commission pay
