We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recreation Manager to oversee all recreational at our resort.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Recreation Manager will play a key role in creating a vibrant and engaging atmosphere for our guests, ensuring that they have access to a diverse range of recreational options and entertainment during their stay

• Plan, organize, and implement a comprehensive recreation program that caters to guests of all ages and interests.
• Introduce innovative and exciting activities, events, and entertainment options to enhance the overall guest experience.
• Supervise and manage recreational facilities, including pools, sports courts, and activity centers. Ensure equipment and facilities are wellmaintained and adhere to safety standards.
• Recruit, train, and supervise a team of recreation staff.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, motivating the team to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Implement guest suggestions and continuously strive to exceed guest expectations.
• Develop and manage the recreation budget, ensuring costeffective operations.

EXPERIENCES:

• Bachelor's degree in Recreation Management, Hospitality, or related field
• Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality or recreation industry
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to interact effectively with guests, staff, and other departments
• Detailoriented with a focus on delivering highquality experiences
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and guest needs

Pay:
RM6, RM8,000.00 per month
