  • Must do live on Tiktok.
  • Being able to teach and do live trade with clients.
  • To demonstrate logical thinking and creative thinking, able to give suggestions and make recommendations.
  • Keep records of client interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
  • Review policy terms to determine whether handling compliance. Maintain and update SOP and record.
  • Enhance and improve current process.
  • Ensuring Customer Service satisfaction with clients
  • Following process and procedure of the Company.
  • Able to work independently and in a team with selfinitiative and positive attitude.

Salary:
RM1, RM1,900.00 per month
