Key Responsibilities

Recruitment and Staffing:

  • Plan and coordinate employer branding initiatives to attract top talents to be part of our dynamic team.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, encompassing job postings, phone screenings, interview coordination and facilitation, and the issuance of employment contracts.
  • Address complex employee relations issues through comprehensive and impartial investigations, while maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment.

Training and Development:

  • Collaborate with management team and managers to identify training and development needs to ensure continuous enhancement the knowledge and skills of the team.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Perform annual salary and benefits benchmarking to ensure the company maintains a competitive edge in the job market.

Compliance and Risk Management:

  • Develop and regularly update the employee handbook to ensure it complies with all labour laws and regulations.
  • Conduct and manage HR audits with meticulous documentation and recordkeeping practices to ensure proper and secure documentation of all required employment paperwork.
  • Stay abreast with the latest HR trends, best practices, and employment laws to maintain the organization's compliance and competitive edge.

HR Administration:

  • Manage and update employee information in the HR management system to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for leave management, expense claims, and payroll administration.

Performance Management:

  • Coordinate annual performance setting and performance appraisal sessions and manage performance management documentation to ensure clear communication of expectations between managers and employees.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in human resources management, psychology or equivalent.
  • Minimum 35 years of working experience in Human Resources Generalist role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluent in both verbal and written English.
  • Able to multitask and work independently in a dynamic and fastpaced environment.
  • Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability according to changing needs and priorities.
  • Sound knowledge of Malaysias Employment Act and Labour Laws.
  • Experience in reporting directly to CEO or Managing Director.
  • Meticulous, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Experience with HRMS and other HR technologies.

Pay:
RM4, RM6,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • HR Generalist: 3 years (required)
  • HRMS: 3 years (required)
Malaysian Employment Act: 3 years (preferred)

Language:

  • English (required)
