E-commerce Project Executive

A Project Executive is responsible for the business management of a product/project and its commercial success. Able to work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company's vision and strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform assessment of existing eCommerce solutions, recognize the opportunity for optimization and provide associated recommendations, roadmap, and estimated effort.
  • Manage the comprehensive execution of ecommerce projects, including project planning, cost estimation, resource allocation, and schedule development.
  • Ensure that projects progress smoothly according to the predetermined schedule and budget, and promptly address any potential issues or challenges.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including logistics, product, and customer service, to ensure the efficiency and quality of project delivery.
  • Supervise project progress and timely report project status to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate client project change requests to ensure timely implementation of changes while minimizing the impact on project schedule and costs.
  • Ensure that project delivery quality meets company standards and customer expectations.
  • Interface with potential and existing vendors to incorporate tasks/integrations needed for projects and releases.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Ecommerce, Project Management, or related fields.
  • At least 2 years of experience in ecommerce project management.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problemsolving skills.
  • Strong teamwork skills.
  • Able to communicate in English and Mandarin

Pay:
RM3, RM4,500.00 per month
