  • To assist in picking up and sending the foreign workers to the airport, clinics, and hospital visits
  • To assist in managing the foreign workers hostel which include audits and compliance as well as to follow up on maintenance & repairs
  • Handling foreign workers daily matters
  • To assist in handling foreign workers documentation with the relevant authorities ie immigration, Fomema, JTK, KDN and etc
  • To assist in medical screening (Fomema)
  • Setting up of personal files for foreign workers
  • To attend to any ad hoc matters

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM Holder
  • Experience in handling foreign workers
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to handle large group of workers
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral
