Production Manager and Production Assistant Manager

Job Summary:

The Production Admin is responsible for providing administrative support to the production team, ensuring all documentation, scheduling, and communication tasks are handled efficiently.

This role involves coordinating with various departments, maintaining records, and assisting with the daily operations of the production office.

Key responsibilities:

Administrative Support: Assist the production manager and team to prepare and maintain production documents, including schedules, reports, and work orders.

Data Entry and Record Keeping: Input accurate records of production data, including inventory levels, work orders, and employee attendance into production management software
-
Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring and managing production supplies and inventory. Order and restock materials as needed, ensuring minimum stock levels are maintained.
-
General Office Duties: Maintain office supplies and ensure the office environment is organized and efficient. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Work location in Chan Sow Lin area, Kuala Lumpur
  • 6 day work week: Monday to Saturday 8.00AM 5.00PM

Qualifications:

Education: Must possess at least SPM certificate. STPM/Certificate/Diploma are welcomed

Skills:

  • Willingness to learn attitude
  • Computer literate. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel an advantage
  • Strong organizational abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail orientated and precise
