1. Maintaining filing, database systems, and inventories.

  • Handling administrative requests and queries
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports as requested
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures (Admin)
  • Prepare and process bills and other office documents
  • Collect information and perform data entry
  • Responsible for daily operations, including maintaining office supplies, coordinating facility maintenance, and ensuring smooth workflow
  • Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering and security services. Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
  • Maintain a systematic and comprehensive filing system and safekeeping of confidential documents


Rather than performing a single specialized task, Office Administrator (Assistant) have responsibilities that often change daily with the current needs of the Management.
