Salary range:
Customer Service Associate - RM1,800-RM1,900

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM & above
  • Male or female, Malaysia citizenship, years old
  • Able to work in shift, weekend and public holiday
  • Able to communicate well in Bahasa and English
  • Minimum 1 year experience in related fields
  • Fresh grad or no experience also encouraged to apply
  • Hardworking, friendly and honest

Job description:

  • Ensure and comprehend customers' desires and needs regarding the required products.
  • Provide good customer service, inform customers about promotions and best selling items.
  • Maintain the store's smooth operation and meet sales targets.
  • Ensure the shop is constantly neat and organised.
  • Organize and ensure that the inventory of goods in the sales area is always sufficient.
  • Perform stock calculations based on the instructions that will be given.
