**Title **:Customer Service Associate

**Location**: Pavilion Bukit Jalil

**Working days **:6 days with 2 shifts [ 9.30am-6.30pm | 1pm-10pm ]

**Nature of business **:multi brand sport store

**Salary range**: Customer Service Associate - RM1,800-RM1,900

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM & above
- Male or female, Malaysia citizenship, 18 -35 years old
- Able to work in shift, weekend and public holiday
- Able to communicate well in Bahasa and English
- Minimum 1 year experience in related fields
- Fresh grad or no experience also encouraged to apply
- Hardworking, friendly and honest

**Job description**:

- Ensure and comprehend customers' desires and needs regarding the required products.
- Provide good customer service, inform customers about promotions and best selling items.
- Maintain the store's smooth operation and meet sales targets.
- Ensure the shop is constantly neat and organised.
- Organize and ensure that the inventory of goods in the sales area is always sufficient.
- Perform stock calculations based on the instructions that will be given.
