Customer Service Associate in Fashion Retail Industry

Requirements:

  • Malaysian with official age years
  • At least 1 year of working experience in Sports/Fashion Retail
  • Must be able to communicate well in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Willing to work in shift, weekend and public holiday

Responsibilities:

  • Take care of the stocks, inventory, mannequins and any items within the store
  • Provide excellent customer service by informing customers regarding our current promotion and best seller items
  • Ensure store opening, closing and sales transaction are in line with the SOP of our brands
  • Being on top of our brands' knowledge to ensure the customers are assisted well with their needs

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
RM1, RM2,400.00 per month
