As Restaurant Manager for a Mediterranean restaurant, you will be overseeing Nizza, Pool Bar and Cigar Lounge.

Your role would be multifaceted, requiring strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage all aspects of the business and create a positive dining experience for guests.

Operations Management:

- _Overseeing day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations._
- _Managing inventory levels, ordering supplies, and maintaining equipment to ensure smooth functioning of the restaurant._

Staff Supervision and Training:

- _Recruiting, hiring, and training restaurant staff, including servers, kitchen staff, and bartenders._
- _Providing ongoing supervision, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure high levels of service and productivity._

Customer Service:

- _Ensuring that guests receive exceptional service and addressing any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner._
- _Monitoring dining room ambiance and ensuring that it aligns with the restaurant's brand and target demographic._

Financial Management:

- _Monitoring and managing the restaurant's financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization._
- _Analyzing sales data, forecasting trends, and implementing strategies to maximize profitability._

Menu Development and Quality Control:

  • _Collaborating with the chef to develop and update menus that reflect the restaurant's concept, cuisine, and seasonal offerings._
- _Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency through regular kitchen inspections and staff training._

- _Developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones._
- _Planning and executing promotional events, special menus, and other initiatives to drive sales and increase brand visibility._

- _Building relationships with local businesses, community organizations, and influencers to increase the restaurant's visibility and reputation._
- _Participating in community events and charitable activities to support the restaurant's image and community presence._

Administrative Tasks:

- _Handling administrative duties such as payroll processing, scheduling, and maintaining accurate records of sales, expenses, and inventory._
- _Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including food safety standards, labor laws, and licensing requirements._
