Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize office operations and activities to ensure effectiveness and adherence to company policies.
  • Prepare the documentation management
  • Keep track of employee information (attendance, etc.) in accordance with regulations and laws
  • Manage the upper management's agendas, travel plans, appointments, etc.
  • Maintain updated office supply inventories and place orders as needed

Requirements:

  • Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Business Administrations, Administration, Management, Human Resource or equivalent
  • Preferably minimum of internship period of 3 months to 6 months
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Team player, independent, fast learner, and able to multitask
