Job Description:
Employee Engagement
- Developing and implementing strategies to increase employee engagement within their organization.
- Create a safe space for healthy conversations and open feedback.
- Support employees' need in term of ER processes or HR systems.
- Supporting managers in their efforts to create positive work environments.
- Plan and execute the quarterly, yearly employees' activities and rewards.
- Plan and coordinate for employee dialogue; Business Update by VP/MD.
- Promote the Corporate Social Responsibilities activities at workplace.
Employee Communication
- Managing site internal communications.
- Digital TV communication broadcast management.
- Monthly / quarterly Townhall coordination.
- Coordinating the employee survey / feedback.
- Working with Global team to publish the Global comm. internally.
Training and development
- Managing and conduct the annual Training Needs Analysis (TNA) developing a training needs assessment process and create an instructional design process with appropriate delivery method.
- Managing, executing, and coordinating the annual Training Needs Analysis (TNA) Training Plan.
- Managing Training activities budget through Human Resources Development Corporation (HRDC) Fund.
- Stakeholders Engagement; with business leaders and training providers and consultants.
- Facilitate Leadership Programs & events.
- Collaboration with external providers / universities for projects.
Managing Training Effectiveness
- Level 1 (Feedback), Level 2 (Learning) and Level 3 (Application).
- Training Development Roadmap / Matrix toward IR4.0 and Upskilling Programs.
- Managing (Plan, Execute, Coordinate and Conduct) New Hire Orientation Program for Professional and Management group of new hire.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/ Degree in relevant field
- Experience in Employee Engagement, communication, production training
